Appointment Times: Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary. We do recommend, however, that you always reserve your next experience prior to leaving, in order to guarantee the availability of your desired services and times in the future.

Arriving for Your Experience: Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled experience. This allows time to check in, change and begin your personalized experience.

Cancellations: We request 24 hours advance notice if you are unable to honor reservations. Additionally, we require a 50 percent deposit on all spa services and packages. Failure to cancel your service(s) in a timely manner will forfeit this deposit. Thank you for your understanding.

Group Events: A Day with The Girls . . . A Bridal Shower . . . Moms & Daughters . . . Couples . . . Copperfalls Spa can provide a memorable and relaxing experience. Choose from our packages or create a personalized day. Weekdays are the best to reserve the spa for just your group. A 50% percent deposit is required on all group services and packages. Failure to cancel your service(s) within 48 hours will forfeit this deposit, thank you for your understanding. Call for details.

Children: Remember this is your time and to ensure the highest quality of service and relaxation for everyone, guests must be 12 and older.

Payment: Cash, Local Checks and all major credit cards are accepted.

Gratuities: Optional, never expected, but greatly appreciated.

No Smoking: We ensure a healthy, nurturing environment for all our clients. So we observe the Colorado State Smoking Ban.

Copperfalls Gift Certificates: We offer a variety of gifts perfect for any occasion. We'll help you personalize a memorable experience for someone special and, if desired, even arrange delivery to your home or business. Please note, all gift certificates are non-refundable.

Therapist Licensing Requirements: As of April 1, 2009, all massage therapists practicing in Colorado must be state registered. Customers can verify that their therapist is registered by going to the state website by clicking on the following link: The Colorado Division of Registrations.
