Arriving for Your Experience

Plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled experience. This allows time to check in, change and begin your experience.

Payment

We accept: Cash, Local Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Appointment Times

Reservations are preferred, though, not always necessary and require a credit card or gift certificate to secure the reservation. We do recommend, however, that you always reserve your next experience prior to leaving in order to guarantee the availability of your desired service(s) and times.

Cancellations

Cancellations of less than 24 hours (48 hours for spa packages) will be charged 50% of total service(s) cost. Thank you for your understanding.

Cellular Phones & Pagers

For all of our guests’ comfort, cellular phones and pagers need to be turned off in the spa area.

Children

Guests must be 12 years of age or older. Remember this is your time & to ensure the highest quality of service & relaxation for everyone children are not allowed in the spa area.

Smoking

We ensure a healthy, nurturing smoke free environment for all our guests by upholding the Colorado State Smoking Ban.

Gratuities

Optional, never expected, but greatly appreciated.

Hours

We are open seven days a week for your pleasure. Closed occasional Mondays for maintenance.
